Our lived experience panels and workshops take a recovery-oriented approach using peers with personal experience of mental health trauma and post traumatic growth.
Panels focus on the lived experience of a peer with work-related mental health trauma. With a clinician & expert panelists, they discuss the peer's recovery journey. All peers are screened to ensure safety for the individual & audience. Conversation can be wide-ranging & include differences between stress & trauma; how the body keeps score of traumatic events; moral injury; work-life impacts; asking for help; building protective factors; resiliance constructs & post-traumatic growth.
Panels are led by a licensed clinician & supported by a sexual trauma survivor. All peers are screened to ensure safety for the individual & audience. Panels are designed to build communal engagement, foster healing, and lead to better mental health outcomes. Panelists create safe spaces for survivors to connect; humanize the struggle to heal from sexual trauma; model agency & post-traumatic growth; fight the pressure to remain silent & give permission to share healing stories.
Led by a seasoned moderator, the seminar begins by examining how diverse generations offer unique problem-solving perspectives and innovations. Participants discuss managing tensions between traditional and modern approaches through open dialogue and respect. They explore strategies for cultivating a collaborative environment where every generation can excel, emphasizing the integration of new language, new technologies, and embracing diversity to drive organizational success.
We offer various types of workshops based on the needs of the organization and team. Our workshops provide a space for participants to practice having mental health conversations to exercise leadership. Our workshops assist leaders in your organization by building empathy, advocacy skills & problem solving abilities to build trust among your teams. We also facilitate idea generation for ways to change organizational culture for better mental health outcomes.
We prepare your team to facilitate lived experience conversations within your organization. This is an effective way to build organic capacity and continually improve mental health outcomes for your workforce. We use our protocols, and working together with your team, tailor a program to address organizational needs. We then moderate and guide your sessions to ensure safe and effective delivery.
